• Homeschooled my kids for a few years. Currently helping my teenager get his HiSET as he works in a trade he loves.

• I have a deep, lifelong love of downhill skiing, but after too many injuries, I’ve embraced nordic skiing and now find bliss in the quiet backcountry.

• I love to hike, backpack, paddle, sail, camp, and explore. Despite my (somewhat) best efforts, I am not a competitive, distance, or hardcore mountain athlete. Just a lady who freaks out over wildflowers and foliage and lets faster people pass her.
